This Policy governs returns, exchanges and refunds at NationsKit. Our goal is to offer a clear and transparent process in line with applicable regulations.
1) Quick Summary
- Standard return period: 7 calendar days from delivery.
- Consumer cancellation right: 30 calendar days under applicable consumer rules.
- Product condition: Unused, with original tags and original packaging.
- Refund: Returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Personalised products: Eligible for return only in cases of manufacturing fault or personalisation error.

3) Return Period (7 Days)
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and in resaleable condition.
- Include the original tags.
- Include the original packaging and accessories.
- Be sent back following our return instructions.
We reserve the right to refuse returns showing signs of use, damage not caused by a manufacturing fault or incomplete packaging.
4) Consumer Cancellation Right
In accordance with applicable consumer rules, customers may have the right to cancel the contract within 30 calendar days from receiving the order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within that period.
The product must be returned in suitable condition, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the law states otherwise.
5) Return Costs
- If the reason is a size change, personal preference or customer error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the product has a manufacturing fault or there was an error in shipment, NationsKit will cover the relevant costs.
6) Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or a refund.
7) Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected:
- If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases of shipping error or product fault attributable to NationsKit.
8) Faulty or Damaged Products
If the product arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us and provide clear photos.
After review, you may choose between:
- Replacement of the product
- Full refund
9) Personalised Products
Personalised products (for example, shirts with custom name and number) are eligible for return only if:
- There is a manufacturing fault; or
- The personalisation does not match the confirmed order.
Returns will not be accepted for mistakes entered by the customer when placing the order.
10) Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, the appropriate returns process must be followed.
11) Consumer Rights
This policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
