NationsKit Europa offers international shipping with full tracking and transparency at every stage of the process. Below you will find all the information about processing, delivery times and shipping terms.


1) Order Processing Time

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be extended slightly.


2) Estimated Delivery Times

The times below begin once the order has been dispatched.

🇪🇺 European Union: 4 to 12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days
🌍 Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to international logistics, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances.


3) Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping.

If your country is not available at checkout, you can contact our support team to check availability.


4) Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number.

The tracking code will be sent automatically to the email address used at checkout once the order has been dispatched.

You will be able to follow the shipment in real time.


5) Customs, Duties and Local Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs charges, duties or local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.

If any additional charges apply, they will be the responsibility of the customer.


6) Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct when placing the order.

If the parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient, and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer may choose between:

  • Reshipment (with a possible additional charge), or
  • A refund of the product amount only (excluding shipping costs where applicable).
